Lindo Mexico Restaurant and Cantina: A Culinary Delight in Vancouver, WA

Lindo Mexico Restaurant and Cantina is an absolute gem! My experience here was nothing short of fantastic. We started with the chips, which were perfectly crispy and paired wonderfully with their zesty salsa. But the real star of the meal was the chili relleno--rich, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Our server, Eric, truly elevated the dining experience. He was attentive and friendly and made excellent recommendations. I can't wait to return to Lindo Mexico! It's the place to be.

Delicious Mexican food! I prefer to come here for lunch, and every time I've been here the chips have been fresh and delicious. There's usually only one waiter who tries his best but you'll probably have an empty drink in front of you. I've ordered the nachos, chicken quesadilla, and taco salad - highly recommend if you're in the area.

Great service. Food is very good. I ordered chili rellenos twice and I won't order again. Chili rellenos are my favorite but not here. Quick to get the meal out to the table. Years ago they had a tortilla machine the kids enjoyed watching. I suppose Covid changed that

Loved the food. Service was great. Food was hot and tasty. I had the combination plate- a little bit all my favorites.

Looks and feels like a dive but is really good. Used to go here when I was dating someone who lives in the same neighborhood so I've been avoiding it. Well found myself upon it by accident the other day when I was in Portland area for business & tried it with my now better adjusted palate & it was excellent. Didn't make me fart like I used to remember when I was dating that gal who lives nearby. Or was that perhaps her? Hmmm Get tacos or enchiladas / amazing.

I loved the ambiance and the food was good as well. I love their fresh salsa and chips. Good service.
